Abstract:	本研究將問題導向學習應用於國小師資職前教育「輔導原理與實務」課程，以增進師資生的學習參與和成效，並探討課程設計之適切性。邀請8位具國小輔導工作經驗教師，共同編寫案例與研發評量工具，33名師資生採分組合作學習，進行案例討論並研擬行動計畫。透過量化評估工具與PBL學習歷程檔案，分析教學成效與課程設計的適切性。結果顯示：1.PBL案例問題，能連結師資生的學習經驗，促發多元思維；2.透過KND分析架構，能引導師資生釐清問題脈絡，進而提出多元解決策略；3.PBL融入輔導原理與實務課程，可提升師資生的學習參與；4.PBL融入課程教學之規劃具適切性，但受限於教學時間，仍需調整本課程既有單元之授課型態；5.藉由專業成長活動、教學實作及協同討論，能提升研究者實施PBL的專業能力。本研究針對研究結果提出未來教學實施之建議。
