    Abstract: 《韓非子》是以實證精神作為思維方法，觀察社會與建構秩序，分析人類趨利避害，進而發展出開明利己的政治思想。在這樣的前提下，《韓非子》的倫理學光譜為開明利己主義，其並未解消對於君王的道德訴求。亦即，《韓非子》先從開明的利己主義作為理論基礎，再去建構其政治思想。是以，吾人對於《韓非子》的理解方式，有著更多的詮釋可能。
