Abstract:	社會大眾在日常生活中，受到或大或小的事件衝擊，都不免有情緒的起伏波動，然而莊子書中卻記載「哀樂不能入」。試想，這是否指絕無任何情緒的波動？亦即「哀樂不能入」的意涵，是否僅止於字面？如果只是字面之意，那麼豈不是如同木石之無感？本文嘗試考察莊子書中與「哀樂」情緒相關的記載，以了解莊子筆下的「哀樂不能入」是否即為字面的絕無情緒波動之意？
