Abstract:	本研究旨在建構一個符合國內教育現況之臺北市國民小學智慧校園指標及權重體系，做為臺北市國民小學推動智慧校園之參考依據，以提升學校行政效率及教學效能。本研究以熟悉智慧校園學理基礎之專家學者、曾撰寫智慧校園博碩士論文之研究者及推行智慧校園之行政人員共計13 人做為研究對象。首先依據文獻探討之結果初擬出臺北市國民小學智慧校園指標，並經由兩次德懷術問卷調查建構出臺北市國民小學智慧校園指標體系，最後再以層級分析法進行相對權重問卷調查，輔以Expert Choice 軟體進行統計分析以建立各項指標之權重。本研究結果所建構出之臺北市國民小學智慧校園指標及權重體系包含八個層面43 項指標。八個層面依其重要性，分別為「智慧教師的理念與模式」（27.4%）、「智慧學習的支持與自主」（23.1%）、「智慧社群的分享與互動」（18.5%）、「智慧教材的資源與應用」（9.7%）、「智慧行政的整合與服務」（8.6%）、「智慧環境的監控與管理」（6.0%）、「智慧保健的追蹤與監測」（3.5%）、「智慧綠能的管理與永續」（3.1%）。
