    Abstract: 本研究旨為編製由主要照顧者填寫的「幼兒動作協調發展量表」,以利及早發現動 作協調障礙之幼兒。題項共計 20 題,適用於 3-6 歲之幼兒。本研究共取樣 224 個樣本, 研究結果顯示,本量表具有良好的內部一致性(α = 0.92)及重測信度(n = 22, r = 0.89); 內容效度建立之過程包含選題; 修題與專家回饋後之調整。建構效度則透過探索性因素 分析之因素陡坡圖呈現。進一步以 Rasch 模式分析量表之題項難度分佈,結果顯示題項 偏易(b = -4.38 至-0.83 間,平均為-2.7)。常模方面,依據研究結果將常模分齡為 3-4 歲; 4-5 歲及 5-6 歲三組。文末說明相關之研究限制與量表之應用限制。
