    Abstract: 實證本位丹佛早療模式強調針對自閉症幼兒,針對早期社會溝通發展的缺陷進行密 集性的介入。本文透過回顧國內外 2010 年至 2021 年間進行丹佛早療模式之研究,希冀 透過分析了解在此模式中非語言與語言發展之成效。主要結果如下:(1)非語言認知與模 仿具有顯著成效;(2)非語言溝通中視覺接受的成效較具爭議;(3)接受性語言能力與表達 性語言具有顯著成效;與(4)整體溝通能力仍未達顯著提升。針對其上述結果,進一步提 出未來研究建議。
