    Abstract: 本研究透過教室觀察丶訪談及文件分析等方法,探究一位澳門小學教師的常識課程發展與評鑑經驗,期望透過此教師的經驗,窺探教師課程發展與評鑑的議題。研究發現,個案教師的課程發展依循適切的程序,但側重課程實施階段。而課程評鑑是以改進課程與教學為目的,主要的挑戰來自於對「有效教學」的界定及對評鑑的專有名詞的理解。
