Abstract:	本研究以馬文仲老師的教育實踐為例，研究者引導師資生閱讀傳記文本、觀看電視劇，思索其教育信念，期使師資生能從省思札記書寫、團體討論的歷程中，自省察覺長期累積的教育信念的適切性。研究發現，這個歷程對師資生教育信念發生的作用，包括：（一）潛力無限，信念堅定心不死；（二）反觀自我，力行實踐不放棄；（三）關懷學生，涓涓滴滴教育愛；（四）教育信念，轉化調適恆毅行。觀看電視劇與閱讀傳記的歷程，確實能提醒師資生：堅定與正確的教育信念對於教育施為的正向助力。進而在未來的教學歷程，不斷修正調適自己的教育信念。
