Abstract:	本文旨在說明核心反應訓練（Pivotal Response Treatment，簡稱PRT）之四個主要核心行為，包括：「動機」、「對多重線索的回應」、「自我管理」及「自我主動」中「自我主動」之定義及重要性。本文亦歸納了核心反應訓練中自我主動訓練之重點，其中包括：教導自閉症兒童提問及評論等能力，教導自閉症兒童之社交自我主動策略有三，包括：成人主動、同儕中介、及自閉症兒童主動策略等，及自我主動在教學上的應用，供實務工作者參考。
