Abstract:	老子思想十六章「致虛守靜」，「為老子講修養工夫最直接也最關鍵的一段話。」確實，不怕老生常談，只因富饒趣味，只因經典式文論，乃經得起考驗，咀嚼再三。況乎近來出土文獻良多，其於用字上的不同可略窺漢語上的變化。即此，奠於前人的闡釋，筆者比對郭店楚墓竹簡本、馬王堆帛書本與王弼注本，對其漢語變化以及意義的溝通，祈嚮更貼合老子思想。文後兼述「致虛守靜」章予筆者之體悟，而觀復楊家老架太亟拳之修煉養者涵養。
