Abstract:	目的：探討女子壘球投手狀態焦慮、自信心與控球準確性之間的關係。方法：以大學女子壘球投手11名（年齡=19.90±2.07歲；球齡=8.36年）為研究對象，於14場比賽後利用錄影帶立即重播比賽過程，由參與者回溯每一局的狀態焦慮與自信心水準，並由專家評估投球準確性，共紀錄92局。結果：認知焦慮負向預測控球準確性，而身體焦慮則正向預測控球準確性。投手在平手狀況下的狀態自信心高於領先或落後時；後援投手的認知焦慮顯著高於先發投手。結論：較高的生理覺醒水準和較少的負向思考與投手的控球準確性有關，教練或專家可以適當發展一些放鬆技巧來促進投手的控球準確性。
