| Abstract: | 全球暖化（global warming）問題已然成為未來世界地球公民必須面對的挑戰，1979 年第一
次世界氣候大會（First World Climate Conference）首先承認：全球因人類活動所造成氣候變遷
問題的嚴重性，1992 年通過聯合國氣候變化綱要公約「the United Nations Framework Convention
on Climate Change，UNFCCC」，並於1997 年第三次締約國會議（COP3）通過京都議定書。
本文旨在對人為溫室氣體過度排放，導致氣候變遷之因果關係，做系統性的介紹，以便對
京都議定書的內涵有完整的了解；並就京都議定書之背景分析與決策過程，論析環境倫理演進
中對環境道德考量 之層次。全文將先分析十八世紀工業革命以來 ，在人類 中心主義
（anthropocentrism）迷思導向下，造成之全球暖化氣候變遷因素，接著探討京都議定書之內涵
與決策歷程；最後，以環境哲學觀點提出京都議定書生效後，解決環境問題應有之核心價值，
架構國際間合作應有之環境倫理思維與識覺。 |
