Abstract:	選擇適當的羽球鞋來從事羽球運動是避免雙腳受傷的重要課題。雖然臺灣素有製鞋王國之美譽，但是款式種類如雨後春筍般地多到目不暇給。因此，本文研究從「如何挑選？」、「性能指標為何？」及「其他注意事項」等來進行說明。在性能指標上，主要發現有一、抓地力；二、穩定性；三、防扭性；四、包覆性；五、腳跟避震性；六、柔軟度；七、輕量化；八、腳掌避震性。如能瞭解這些性能指標的闡述內容，並將其活用，多比較幾款羽球鞋，便能夠挑選到適合自己的羽球鞋了。
