Abstract:	本文在一個全觀型的觀點下，企圖整合全球化、城市品牌以及創新治理等概念來探討城市治理的定位與核心價值。一方面是基於各城市之間競爭互動的企圖心與城市的想像，以全球化方式思考城市的發展策略，並以在地化方式規劃及落實城市發展的政策方案；另一方面，如何在城市創新的治理過程中，強調政策行銷組合的工具運用，如何建構城市的品牌定位，如何展現差異化的城市價值，將是未來城市發展的重要關鍵因素。
