Abstract:	本文筆者利用分離的花生葉燒病病原菌(Leptosphaerulina crassiasca)為材料，藉各式光學顯微鏡如：明視野、暗視野、位相差、微分干涉差、螢光以及偏光顯微鏡等複式光學顯微鏡和立體南景剖光學顯微鏡與電子顯微鏡，如：妻描式電子顯微鏡及穿透式電子顯微鏡，來察該病原菌的孢子及質構造的形態，並藉比較各式顯微鏡的構造原理與功能的不同。
