    Abstract: 本文試圖從科學教育哲學與心理學主要觀點,探討科學師資培育的目標與課程可能取向。在哲學基礎上,進步主義(Progressivism)與精粹主義(Essentialism)為當前教育思潮的兩大主流;未來科學師資培育目標勢必秉持兩者相輔相成之立場,兼顧科學知識與科學過程(Science processes),並重視學生學習與教師教學的互動(Intera-ction)關係。在心理學基礎上,認知論 (Cognitive theory) 與聯結論 (Associationtheory) 為影響學習理論的兩種主要學說;未來科學師資培育目標不只在能力本位上培育「經師」,亦應從人文主義上培育「人師」。在此理念下,本文引用Zeichner (1983)科學師資培育四種典範,形成科學師資培育之理念結構,並建議Egbert(1985)的課程比率模式,可做為當前師資培育多元化趨勢下,國內科學師資培育課程規劃之參考。
