    Abstract: 師資培育是災害防治之中重要的環節，透過適切的師資培訓制度，可將經過試教以及檢核過的知識與教材進行推廣，使各級學校學生了解道各類型的災害應變處理知識，進而提升整體防災能力，妥善運用到生活層面上，當災害實際發生時，必能有效的降低損失。
