Abstract:	本文整理研究者過去累積的教育改革研究經驗與最近參與的學習共同體之經驗，提出一種改革主體的詮釋現象學論點，探討師生在教育改革環境下，遭逢的日常經驗，及其作為政策擬定基礎的可能。文中敍述兩個有關教育改革的故事，以揭櫫改革主體的詮釋現象學研究之可能性。本文以詮釋現象學的核心關懷，以一個學習共同體教師團隊及其班級學生為例，探討學習共同體中師生主體與能動性的意義，及其中的微型師生共構課程經驗等，據以提出一個改革研究的新取向─一種以教師與學生作為改革主體的存有經驗之理解，從師生的經驗中，挖掘人們參與、投入與行動教育世界的多種可能。
