Abstract:	王符為東漢著名思想家，著有《潛夫論》留存後世，王符對當時社會政治的批判廣泛而尖銳，範圍包括政治、經濟、倫理道德及社會風俗等，然其中主要禍根，無不歸咎於統治者的昏暗不明！未能舉荐賢材以治國，察納雅言，反而親戚和媚臣，導致國家捨本逐末，浮侈衰頹。本論文擬從王符在《潛夫論》中治道思想分析考察其綱領架構、民本、富民思想之基本內涵特色。
