Abstract:	本文將 Fermat 原理用於光在不同介質中進行時，尋找它所應依循的路徑，這個路徑也就是頂頂大名的折射定律。如果要把三度空間的折射情形說明清楚，數學上也並非太簡單，利用 Lagrange 的未定係數法來求此一折射線的路徑確為可行的辦法。經過複雜的數學運算，我們指出一、入射線、折射線及法線三線共平面。二、入射線與折射線必定分居法線的兩側。三、光緣由某一介質進入另一介質時，關鍵角的正弦比等於對應的光速比。
