    Abstract: 本研究探討三名傑出退休教師的「個人理論」,了解她們生命故事的特徵,分析其個人理論的內涵。教師個人理論是一內在思維,故本研究主採訪談法,輔以文件分析。研究發現如下:一、三人生命故事的相同處有四:均具良師特質、早年師範教育孕育使命感、參與專業成長團體獲分享舞臺、由教育改革獲自主空間。二、三名教師「個人理論」共同內涵有三:在信念上強調全人關懷正向思考,在實踐上從嚴師到明師,在省思上重視作中思化智為慧。本文最後對師資培育與在職教師提出建議,期待每位老師的個人理論都能持續成長。
