Abstract:	解題是學習數學的重心，而影響解題的因素有很多，首先，本文歸納多位學的觀點，將影響解題的因素分成數學知識基礎、解題的策略、後設認知能力、信念和意等四個方面，其中知識基礎包括數學知識、真實世界知識、其他學科知識、後設認知識；解題策略包括數學解題方法、數學思維方法；後設認知能力包括計畫、監控和估等能力；信念及情意則包括學習動機信念、社會信念、解題的經驗。之後，本文再這四個方面探討解題和如何培養學生的數學解題能力。
