Abstract:	從科學師資培育理念的演變，建立後現代社會中高品質教師的特性，配合文獻的評析與整理，釐清當今科學教師的現況與後現代社會對教師專業期許之差距，以為現代科學教師培育的「認識省察」主流詮釋基礎，區分出認識省察為技術、行動及批判等三種不同層次，以說明教師成長的個人、社會與教育體系制度等相互關係。
