Abstract:	目的：在瞭解大專及高中模特兒腰椎關節、髖關節與膝關節之最大肌力表現、坐姿身體控制能力和單足站立平衡﹝赤腳與著高跟鞋﹞之差異情形。方法：以30位﹝15位大專組與15位高中組﹞健康與性模特兒參與，以測量膝關節屈曲/伸展之最大等速肌力和腰椎關節之屈曲/伸展及髖關節之屈曲/伸展與內收/外展之最大等長收縮肌力、坐姿身體控制能力、單腳站立平衡。資料處理以獨立樣本t考驗，檢定兩組差異。結果：在腰椎關節屈曲、伸展動作與髖關節屈曲動作肌力表現上，大專組較佳(p<.05)，但在膝關節屈曲動作，則以高中組較佳；在坐姿身體控制上，組間並無差異情形；而單腳站立平衡赤腳閉眼軟地與高跟鞋閉眼硬地情境，大專組較佳(p<.05)。結論：大專模特兒，核心肌群肌力及單腳站立平衡能力均較高中組佳，有助於伸展台上之動作表現，希冀提供未來實際從事專業模特兒臺步教學之參考與應用。
