Educational Wikis is the first online encyclopedia in the world that Taiwan established and based on Web 2.0 concepts to classify Chinese’s education information. The link of the website is: http://content.edu.tw/wiki/index.php/. It emphasizes users’ participation, imagination, feedback, sharing and user-centered. In order to introduce educational Wikis and the practical information, Ministry of education in Taiwan aggressively held various activities. Educational Wiki’s knowledge contests: people endorse the website by online contests in public, and use the website as the searching engine for related educational information. Wiki Camps: the camps will teach primary and secondary school teachers to use and establish educational Wiki’s entries; thus, they will apply those abundant resources into the instruction. Seminars: the seminars will promote educational Wikis to pupil-teachers at teacher education institutions in Taiwan’s counties and cities in order to know how to use the resources of educational Wikis and fulfill the perception of education. In the study, we applied different approaches in hope to spread the recognition, utilization of educational Wikis and make educational Wiki entries.
