Abstract:	國內的國民中小學教科書市場全面開放民間審定版參與，迄今已逾 10 年。其間，爭議事件紛擾不斷，伴隨而生的後效也不少。本研究從搜集主要媒體 10 年來對於教科書開放的新聞報導出發，針對市場化後衍生與價格相關的議題，包括：教科書採購風紀議題，教科書業者聯合抵制議價議題，教科書業者營運危機議題，教科書業者協議不送作業簿遭受重罰議題等，分說情由，理出梗概，並做評析。再者，以訪談方式，探究教科書價格變化的後效，例如：家長負擔明顯減輕、業者改變營運方針、教科書品質降低、服務項目減少等，並舉例說明。最後，整理評析結果與後效例證，做出 5 點結論與 7 項建議，以玆參考。
