Abstract:	本文旨在探討網球截擊的技術特徵和教學方法，本篇採用文獻綜評的方法，回顧與探討網球戴擊相關文獻，歸納網球截擊型式大致區分為正拍與反拍截擊，教練指導選手應用準備動作、握拍法、擊球動作、推送球點等環節提昇訓練質量；依據反應時間與動作時間的概念，深耕網球截擊基本功；其次，截擊的有效教學，建議從握拍、站姿、引拍、拍面角度和擊球點等揮拍特徵反覆練習來達成目標。
