Abstract:	本文簡要介紹新修訂「國民教育階段特殊教育課程發展共同原則及課程綱要總綱」的理念與內涵，並以大直國小自100 學年度參加新課程試辦學校推動經驗進行分享，內容包含實施背景分析、新課綱運作會議與人員工作分配、新課綱運作期程、新課綱課表與個別化教育計畫（Individualized Educational Program，簡稱IEP），最後提岀建議，以作為國民小學學校行政人員、普通班、特教班教師之參考。
