Abstract:	本研究在於探討新北市建置低碳學校的歷程、策略與推廣。研究對象為全市中、小學師生；研究內容包括：低碳學校建置策略與歷程、低碳學校指標規畫(中程綱領)與學校實施成效、教材開發策略與推廣型態與師生對能源概念與態度之研究等；研究方法包括問卷調查法、模糊德爾菲法與層級分析法等，藉此瞭解新北市低碳學校建置歷程與推廣成效。
