Abstract:	中文摘要　　　　　本文在於介紹由女性主義所提出的關懷倫理學，分為源起、主張內涵、歸屬於女性主義的理由、遭遇困難、以及未來展望五個部分。在源起部分，指出由於認知心理學研究而提出關懷倫理學的淵源、其對道德教育的衝擊、和其在哲學論述轉向及典範轉移的意義。在主張內涵方面，簡要分為道德來源、人之處境、人性自由、道德教育、道德論述五層面來描繪其輪廓。而後就其與女性主義的關係提出其處境與展望。
