Abstract:	本論文旨在針對國內師資培育法通過後的最近情勢，分析教師資格檢定辦法可能涉及的幾個重要問題，如檢定的法源依據、檢定資格的規範、檢定的階段劃分、檢定方式（初檢以檢覈方式辦理）以及其他相關的規定。經由文獻分析及意見調查，本論文獲致一些結論：檢定分初檢及複檢兩階段為大多教人所認同，然初檢採檢覈則受到質疑；換證方式雖有不同看法，但換證對促進師資水準提升的功效受到許多人的肯定。
