Abstract:	本文試圖從實習教師的觀點，說明實習歷程中所產生對實習教師的部分影響及觀點，以提供經營教師養成系統人員之參考。經由訪談之後，發現幾項重要觀點：「教師甄試為實習教師(尤其自費生)現階段最為重要的事情」、「師院體系系統未獲得充足信任」、「相關輔導訊息之獲得與傳布有待加強」。文後，筆者試著從實習機構的觀點提出幾項建議，以提供實習教師在本階段適應與發光發熱的參考。
