Abstract:	本文簡介德國師資培育中的實習模式。德國教育實習制度的優點在於相關規範明確，實習期間較我國為長，其實習期間的課程安排頗有制度，評量確實，把關嚴格。根據上述優點，作者以實習課程之教學經驗為例，提出一兼顧實習教育與學校專業發展的嘗試模式。
