Abstract:	教育實習是師資養成教育不可或缺的一環，自八十三年「師資培育法」頒布開始實施後，在教育實習方面，關於實習教師定位、實習輔導教師遴選培訓、實習指導教授遴選、實習教師評量、實習期限等都有待進一步探討。本文從教育實習必要性談起，觸及教育實習機構、人員間的互動關係，實習輔導教師、指導教授的工作要項與遴選現況、教育實習成績評量等問題。
